Concept

We will conduct meetings with you to understand the purpose of and/or your vision for your trade show. We will explore what affect the trade show has on the operations of your company as well as the industry you serve. Why does this trade show exist and what part does your staff play in the production of the trade show? How does the revenue generated from this event affect the operations of your company/association?

Scope

O’Shea Events will prepare an outline plan of the scope of your event. This plan will outline the potential dates, locations, the show segments as well as what additional services will be needed to supplement the duties performed by your staff. In this step, we will outline what will be needed to deliver a successful event.

Team

We will identify specific team members and outline their responsibilities as they relate to the trade show. In this step, your staff will confirm their roles and what areas they might need outside assistance. This will also include the solicitation of bids from venues and service providers. The objective is to assemble a complete team that covers all possible tasks and responsibilities, from marketing to onsite security.

Marketing and Sales

O’Shea Events can handle all necessary sales and marketing for your trade show from brochure development and direct mail to social media and website development. If you require sales assistance, we will put together an experienced exhibitor and sponsorship sales team.

RFPs and Contracts

We will prepare and distribute requests for proposals (RFPs) for destinations, facilities and services. Conduct site visits with proposed facilities and vendors to ensure that they meet your requirements. Negotiate contract content and manage the execution of the contracts.

Attendee and Exhibitor Registration

O’Shea Events will help you determine the most effective means of registering your attendees and exhibitors for your trade show. We can handle the entire registration cycle from online to onsite to providing you with detailed data reports after the show.

Trade Show Pre-Show Planning

O’Shea Events will oversee and manage the planning and preparation of all services for the upcoming trade show.

Onsite Execution

As the show draws near, O’Shea Events will execute and monitor the delivery of all event activities and services to ensure that your clients, exhibitors, customers and attendees are satisfied. From site preparation, move-in, show manangement, move-out and clean up, we are always the first to arrive and the last to depart.

Post-Show Analysis

Prepare a recap of the event, evaluate the success of the services delivered, gather feedback from the audiences and finalize the financial commitments of the event.
